Space Paintings

2010 -

ink and spray paint on found material, with hardware

sizes vary

The Space Paintings, are meant to be seen as conceptual floor plans, infinitely expandable on the X, Y and Z axes. Each silk screen, with which the paintings are made, consists of four 1.5" x 3.5" rectangles (the end of a standard 2" x 4".) The skewed "plus sign" formed by the four rectangles is the mathematical symbol for TIME + SPACE + DISTANCE = EXPERIENCE.
